Try Before You Buy

We strongly encourage prospective customers to use the live demo or testing options available for each product on our website before making a purchase. This allows you to ensure that our plugin meets your expectations and requirements. If you have any questions during your evaluation, our dedicated support team is available on business days to assist you.

Refund Requests

We’re sorry to hear you’re reconsidering, but if our premium Themefic products do not meet your needs, we are happy to offer a full refund under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase, no questions asked.
  • We kindly ask for the opportunity to resolve any issues or concerns you may have before requesting a refund.
  • While not required, we appreciate any feedback or suggestions to help improve our products.
  • Providing reasons for the refund, though optional, helps us with internal assessments.

To initiate a refund, please submit a request through our client portal by opening a ticket.

Eligibility for a Full Refund:

  • Requests made within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Lack of response to a support ticket within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

Conditions Under Which Refunds May Be Denied:

  • Demonstrated misuse of our products or inappropriate conduct.
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the initial purchase date.

Important Considerations:

  • Our policy strictly prohibits group purchases or the resale of licenses. Any shared licenses will be deactivated immediately.

Refund Processing Time

We aim to process refunds promptly. Once processed, the refund should appear in your account within 7 business days. Please note that the timing may vary depending on the procedures of our payment processing partner.

Currency Conversion Issues

All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). In the event of a refund, the original USD amount paid will be credited to your payment method. If your payment involved a different currency, and there is a discrepancy due to conversion rates, we regret that we cannot compensate for the difference, as exchange rates are beyond our control.
